Anywhere, anytime, always. These three words represent the mission for associates at AAA Western and Central New York where ethical behavior is practiced because it’s the right thing to do. That belief is embedded in the AAA culture—from the CEO to the front lines. This is not only when a crisis arises, but always when helping others.
As Upstate New York’s largest member service organization, AAA provides its 860,000 members with services including roadside assistance, travel, insurance, Medicare, financial, driver training, and member discounts.
Ethics are reflected in AAA’s policies, core values, associate engagement, and within the community. They are present at the roadside in a snowstorm, in the trusted voice during a travel emergency, on trees planted with proceeds from a recycled car battery, and in the lives saved from safety initiatives.
The belief is profits are the byproduct of doing the right thing. That business ethic has
enabled AAA to grow and thrive. The organization will soon celebrate its 125th anniversary—guided by ethics.
